Anita Woodhouse joined V-Square Quantitative Management, LLC, in June 2021 as the Chief Compliance Officer. Her primary responsibility will be to focus on the compliance program; designing, implementing and monitoring processes in line with the SEC and other regulatory standards.
Anita has 10 years of Financial Services experience, starting her career in London, England before relocating to Chicago, United States in 2016. In her previous role at Northern trust Asset Management, Anita was focused on building global investment compliance programs across all advisor entities and led a team in the advertising compliance review program. Anita was responsible for the Annual Compliance Report along with other regulatory obligations under the SEC. She received her BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from Cass Business School, City University London in 2011.
